Today while i was Googling i found a freeware called Aveiconifier2.
Aveiconifier2 is a small and free to use app in which you have to drag-and-drop for converting ICO files to PNG files and vice versa. With Aveiconifier2 you can create multi-icons from 16×16, 24×24, 32×32, 48×48, 64×64, 72*72 96×96, 128×128 PNG files.
Aveiconifier2 can be very useful specially when creating favicon for your website or blog. checkout some of the screen shots below.
