Vincent Callebaut has designed a floating city that makes the eyes staring.
This project is a new image of the floating city of Dubai. It is really cute, modern and beautiful design, capacity at least 50 000 houses that are floating city is a city for the year 2100, solar energy is supplied through the city while the city is green and fossil fuels have no place in it.
